AXS-One Signs Deal with Global Financial Services Firm; Extends AXS-One Solution to Streamline Credit and Cash Management Process

RUTHERFORD, N.J., Apr 23, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of e-business solutions, announced that it has signed a first quarter 2003 contract to implement a revenue management solution. The solution is designed to speed up cash flow and shorten collection cycles while at the same time improving communications with customers.

Through the extended solution, customer service representatives will be able to access policy information in order to more easily track customer information such as outstanding account information, collection, credit, reconciliation, and reporting. Reconciliation of disputes and having the most up-to-date information at hand can improve collection efforts and provide enhanced customer service. The agreement licenses both new software as well as upgrades to their existing report management solution.
